At La Jaira de Ana, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we want our cancellation policy to be clear for everyone:
- 5 days’ notice or more: a 40% penalty of the total activity price will apply.
- Less than 5 days’ and more than 24 hours’ notice: a 60% penalty of the total activity price will apply.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: a 100% penalty will apply (no refund).
