Right of Withdrawal Form
At La Jaira de Ana, we want your experience to be perfect from the very beginning. If you have changed your mind after making your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
However, due to the nature of what we offer, please note how this right applies depending on the type of product:
- Gift vouchers (open date): You have a full right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, provided that the voucher has not been redeemed and the experience has not yet been enjoyed.
- Bookings for experiences with a specific date: In accordance with current legal regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services or activities that provide for a specific date or period of performance. For these cases, cancellations or changes will be governed by our booking policy.
