Our approach to CSR is reflected by promoting a series of essential values such as care, appreciation and respect for all the elements that make up this medium. From living beings to the components themselves, our work seeks create awareness about its importance and fragility.
La Jaira de Ana is part of the guide to sustainable practices in Canarian gastronomy as a link in the value chain that makes up gastronomy in the Canary Islands. This guide has identified 150 concrete actions that serve as inspiration for people and entities to commit to the SDGs, the principles, values and goals of the Canarian Agenda 2030.

The primary purpose of this project is to improve the quality of life of young women who have been victims of gender violence, as well as that of their sons and daughters. Our goal is to establish safe and violence-free environments in a natural environment, while strengthening the mother-child bond.
